There will be seven (7) individual running events, six (6) relays, and five (5) field events. *Two relays, the 4 x 200 and the Shuttle Hurdle Relay, are added so that all sprinters may get work during the meet, and so that some teams may try to qualify for nationals. They will not be team scoring events, however medals will be awarded.
Athletes will be allowed to participate in up to four (4) events during the meet.
Entry fee is $150 per team no matter the number of athletes. Checks to be made payable to Georgetown Prep can be brought to the meet.

3:00 - 3:30 pm: Check-in, teams arrive; warm-up
4:15 pm: Coaches meeting with Meet Director and Starter
4:35 pm: Long Jump & Shot Put
4:50 pm: Invocation/Official Start of Meet
4:55 pm: Distance Medley Relay
5:15 pm: 55 Dash Prelims
5:30 pm: 55 HH Prelims
5:45 pm: 3200 meter run
5:50 pm: High Jump
6:10 pm: 55 M HH Final
6:15 pm: 55 M Dash Final
6:25 pm: 4 x 200 Relay (non-scoring)
6:30 pm: Triple Jump and Pole Vault
6:35 pm: Sprint Medley Relay
6:45 pm: COACHES/PARENTS CHALLENGE MILE
7:05 pm: 400 meter dash
7:15 pm: 800 meter run
7:25 pm: Shuttle Hurdle Relay (non-scoring)
7:40 PM: 200 meter dash
7:50 pm: 1600 meter run (2 heats)
8:05 pm: 4 x 400 meter Relay
8:15 pm: 4 x 800 Relay
8:25 pm: Team and Individual Awards Presentations
8:35 pm: DINNER for visiting teams hosted by Georgetown Prep at the Hanley Center All-Purpose Room.
AWARDS: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place MEDALS for all events contested. Team awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places
All coaches and parents (family) are invited to run in the COACHES AND PARENT CHALLENGE MILE. This will be a timed event, one mile (8 laps) on the track.
